Detour… What This Blog Is About

I’m a public radio reporter who covers Southern California by day and longs to travel by night.  (Travel ANYTIME, really!)  I dream of someday having some sort of cool radio travel show.  So this blog is about travel — travel of all types, from day hikes to cool places to see to travel right in your backyard.  Travel is what you make of it… and so is life.  So take a detour, enjoy every moment and let the memories of your good times carry you on to your next adventure.
